Working Around UserControl's Faulty IsPostBack

description

Microsoft's UserControl's IsPostBack property uses the Page.IsPostBack property. This means that dynamically loaded controls will always have IsPostBack = true. Thus, a control's presenter has no way of getting a correct isFirstCall argument into their Init() and Load() methods. To circumvent this (which the MVPControls may have already done.) I suggest either making a new "IsFirstCall" property in the public interface of the IContract or making a property in the MVPUserControl class.
